Who I am

This website, apzotic.com, is operated by Apzotic, an independent software studio inAzerbaijan. You can reach me at [email protected].

What I collect

This website does not have accounts, forms, advertising or analytics, and it does not set tracking cookies. The only personal data I receive is:

• Messages you send me. If you email me, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
• Technical request data. Like every website, requests to this site include your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is processed by my hosting provider and Cloudflare (see below).

How I use it

I use your messages only to reply to you and to follow up on what you wrote. Technical request data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. I do not sell personal data, and I do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Third parties

• My hosting provider runs the server this website is served from. The server keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the website to deliver it quickly and protect it from abuse, and it routes email sent to [email protected]. Cloudflare may process request data such as IP addresses. See theCloudflare Privacy Policy.
• My email provider stores the messages you send to [email protected].

Fonts are served from this site itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any font service.

How long I keep it

I keep emails for as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up, and then delete them when they are no longer useful. Server logs are rotated automatically and kept only for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to tell you what personal data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to[email protected] and I will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

My apps

Each app I publish has its own privacy policy and support page, linked from its page on this website and from its store listing. That policy describes what the app itself collects.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
